Elle s&rsquo;appuie sur une <strong>comitologie rythm\u00e9e<\/strong>, avec des instances distinctes selon leur horizon de d\u00e9cision.<\/p><p><strong>Le comit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnel \u2014 mensuel<\/strong><\/p><p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;instance du quotidien. Il r\u00e9unit les BPO cl\u00e9s, le responsable applicatif et, si n\u00e9cessaire, le repr\u00e9sentant TMA. Son agenda tourne autour de trois axes : la revue des KPI (incidents, backlog, SLA), l&rsquo;arbitrage des \u00e9volutions mineures en attente, et la mise \u00e0 jour de la base de connaissances. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que les signaux faibles remontent \u2014 un domaine qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re beaucoup de tickets, un processus que les utilisateurs contournent \u2014 et que les premi\u00e8res actions correctives sont d\u00e9cid\u00e9es.<\/p><p><strong>Le comit\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique \u2014 trimestriel et annuel<\/strong><\/p><p>C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;instance de direction. Il r\u00e9unit la DG ou le sponsor, le DSI et les directeurs m\u00e9tiers concern\u00e9s. Si les d\u00e9cideurs ne viennent que pour \u00e9couter un bilan, la gouvernance est d\u00e9j\u00e0 en train de s&rsquo;endormir.<\/p><\/blockquote><hr \/><h2>Capitaliser : la base de connaissances comme assurance-vie<\/h2><p>Si la gouvernance d\u00e9finit <em>qui d\u00e9cide quoi<\/em>, la capitalisation garantit que <em>le savoir reste dans l&rsquo;organisation<\/em> \u2014 ind\u00e9pendamment des personnes qui partent, des prestataires qui changent, et du temps qui passe.<\/p><p>La base de connaissances ERP est souvent la premi\u00e8re chose que l&rsquo;on n\u00e9glige apr\u00e8s le go-live, et la plus co\u00fbteuse \u00e0 reconstruire.
