Une surcharge humaine ou une faible maturit\u00e9 digitale<\/h3><p>M\u00eame avec le meilleur logiciel, une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9bord\u00e9e ou mal form\u00e9e <strong>rejette le changement<\/strong>. Le facteur humain reste d\u00e9terminant.<\/p><h3>4. Un ERP d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place&#8230; mal exploit\u00e9<\/h3><p>Dans plus de 30% des cas que nous observons, les probl\u00e8mes viennent non pas de l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;ERP, mais de son <strong>mauvais usage<\/strong> : manque de formation, modules non activ\u00e9s, absence de pilotage.<\/p><p><strong>N&rsquo;oubliez pas<\/strong> : Ce n&rsquo;est pas parce qu&rsquo;un probl\u00e8me est douloureux qu&rsquo;il appelle n\u00e9cessairement une solution technique.
